Pale-Backed Moth, Monopsis Crociapitella

The Pale Backed Clothes Moth is an extremely aggressive species of moth.

The moths on average are 6-7mm in length with a wingspan of around 13mm. The larvae feeds on things such as wool, fur and leather resulting in patches in things such as clothing and carpets. The moth will complete 2 cycles on average a year.
